Pump 14 — should we worry?
Effi, Pump 14 vibration looked weird overnight. Can you check the historian, compare it to similar pumps, and tell me if I should open a work order?
Effi is an air-gapped AI agent that lives inside your operations network. It connects to your systems, answers in your language, and never sends a byte outside.
Want to know how wild Effi gets?
Effi did a root-cause analysis on machine downtime, then turned what it learned into a live trigger: if the same pattern starts again, the team gets an email before the stop becomes a failure. No separate ML project. No extra dashboard to maintain. The system learns from the work your team already does. This is how predictive maintenance should be.
Operational AI · On-Premise · Always

Effi is listening.
Pick a question below. The response is canned, the air-gap is real — try unplugging your wifi and asking again.
Try one of the suggestions above — or pretend to type something profound.
Cloud AI can't see it. Legacy tools can't keep up. Effi lives inside your perimeter and works at control-room speed.
Next Plus's models, fine-tuned on industrial data, live on your appliance or your hardware. No cloud dependency, ever.
The model comes to your data, not the other way around. Zero outbound connectivity. Compatible with the strictest OT cyber posture.
Modern AI doesn't just answer questions. It runs tools, queries SCADA, and takes action. Effi is the second kind.
Purpose-built for OPC-UA, historians (PI, Ignition, Aveva), SCADA, MES, CMMS, and the documents around them.
Your team can work with Effi from the browser, from Outlook, from schedules, or from triggers your team defines. Same agent, same perimeter, same approval rules.
Ask in the browser when you want an interactive investigation.
Send Effi a normal email and get a researched reply in Outlook.
Generate shift reports, daily summaries, and recurring checks automatically.
Start workflows when approved events happen: alarms, quality drift, asset risk.
Draft work orders and actions, then wait for the right person to approve.
The channel changes. The architecture does not. Whether Effi answers in chat, replies by email, runs a scheduled report, or reacts to a trigger, every tool call is logged and any write action stays permissioned and approval-gated.

Short answer: yes, but not panic-yes. Vibration crossed the early-warning band twice between 02:10 and 03:05. The closest match is Pump 12, 31 days before its bearing replacement.
Effi attached the work
Two ways to land Effi inside your perimeter. Same product, same capabilities, your call.
Historians, SCADA, ERP, CMMS, document libraries — Effi reads from the systems you already have. No rip-and-replace. No "data lake migration project." Just connectors.
Operators chat in natural language. Effi queries data, drafts work orders, prepares reports, triggers approved workflows, and logs every tool call — all inside your perimeter, with writes gated by permissions.
Day one · what your team sees
No new app to roll out, no training course. Effi lives at a URL on your internal network — pinned chats, saved automations, work-order drafts, shift reports, and governed actions your team can approve before anything touches a production system.

From data to decisions, at control-room speed.
Spoiler: yours is probably on the list.
Don't see your system? Our connector framework supports custom REST and database integrations. We probably already have the patch ready.

Live data sources panel inside Effi — every connector configured by your team, every credential stored on-prem.
Effi's outbound network access is blocked at the OS level. Every “blocked attempts” counter on the dashboard is always zero. Auditable, verifiable, continuous. We genuinely cannot phone home, even if we wanted to.
Three layers of permissions: who can see, who can build, who can govern. Tools are read-only unless explicitly granted write access — and writes always require approval. Your operators can ask Effi things. They can't accidentally restart a turbine.
Every query, every tool call, every approval is logged in an immutable, tamper-evident audit trail. Built for IEC 62443, AS9100, GxP, and NERC CIP compliance regimes. Auditors leave happy. Sometimes they say "finally."
OEE, predictive maintenance, quality investigations
ITAR-compliant operations, AS9100 audit prep, classified programs
GMP-ready, validated environments, batch analytics
Grid operations, water systems, NERC CIP compliance
Water, telecom, transportation, ports
Air-gapped operations centers, defense bases
Next Plus runs in aerospace, pharma, defense, and consumer manufacturing. Effi inherits the same reliability and compliance posture, plus a few new ideas.
SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, AS9100, FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The certifications your auditors already expect.
Designed by people who understand operations, not Silicon Valley generalists who think "manufacturing" is a step in the supply chain for an iPhone.
